Our Villa is located about 75 feet from the ocean, 20 minutes south of Jaco on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is a 1 1/2 hour drive from the International Airport in San Jose and it is in a very small development named Rocamar Villas. There are four buildings and a guard's quarters along with a beautiful pool. All owners are absentee owners and there is a good chance that you will have it all to yourself. A full time security guard is present and we are fenced and gated. A large statue of the mermaid "Serina" stands in the ocean to look over the fisherman and yes... you can buy fish right off the boats and grill them on your roof top observation deck. Our two favorite places for food and drinks are the Almendros and El Vagos...both are great.
